The name is a reference to Team America: World Police, where the familiar action-movie training sequence is played knowingly for laughs.
Much like that montage, the End of Basic modules were designed to get participants oriented quickly: building a practical understanding of Vigiles for SBOM and CVE management.
The event is now archived, but the recordings remain available for anyone arriving through an old event link.
